About me

I am Konstantin Korotov 


I joined ESMT Berlin as a professor in 2005 after receiving my PhD at INSEAD under the supervision of Manfred Kets de Vries, Herminia Ibarra, Erin Anderson, and Roger Lehman.


My passion has always been understanding human beings in an organizational setting. This passion is reflected in my research, teaching, consulting, and executive advisory work.


I teach in the ESMT executive education and MBA programs, I have previously occupied positions of the Director of the Center for Leadership Development Research, Associate Dean of Executive Education, and Faculty Lead of the Executive MBA program. 

My executive education portfolio includes customized programs for, among others, Siemens, Bosch, Mercedes Benz, Allianz, Deutsche Telekom, E.On, RWE, EY, Axel Springer, KPMG, McDonald’s, BAT, Lufthansa, Symrise, Hereaus, Compass, Mahle, Brose, European Parliament, etc.
