About me

I am Konstantin Korotov

I joined ESMT Berlin as a professor in 2005 after receiving my PhD at INSEAD under the supervision of Manfred Kets de Vries, Herminia Ibarra, Erin Anderson, and Roger Lehman.

My passion has always been understanding human beings in an organizational setting. This passion is reflected in my research, teaching, consulting, and coaching work.

I teach in the ESMT executive education and MBA programs, and I am the Faculty Lead of the ESMT Executive MBA.

My executive education portfolio includes customized programs for, among others, Siemens, Bosch, Mercedes Benz, Allianz, Deutsche Telekom, E.On, RWE, EY, Axel Springer, KPMG, McDonald’s, BAT, Lufthansa, Symrise, Hereaus, Compass, Mahle, Brose, European Parliament, etc.
