Through my research, teaching, consulting, and executive advising I help leaders find answers to questions related to their power, relationships with key stakeholders, unresolved problems from the past, and hopes and anxieties related to the future.
I am a professor of Organizational Behavior at ESMT Berlin, where I have also been Director of the Center for Leadership Development Research, Associate Dean of Executive Education, and Faculty Lead of Executive MBA.
